At Stormtech, we stand by the performance and quality of our gear, offering a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. We strive to ensure your technical apparel meets your expectations, providing a seamless process for both returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange items will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
